Personalized stationery

Although some initially think of making personalized stationery as something that will take more time and effort than they want to put up with, many of those who start to do so find that it is much more fun than they thought it was going to be.

Some of the things that you can do to create fun, personalized stationery include:

• Add a header – You can add a personal touch by adding a name and address header. You can choose to have it embossed in whichever color you choose. Choose school colors or your favorites, it’s up to you.

• Express yourself – Your personalized stationery should tell the recipient something about you. You can do this by choosing a picture of your garden, pet, house, family or anything else that you think would be worthwhile.

• Pick a color – You do not need to choose just one color for your personalized stationery, but you should choose one dominant color and lighter colors to shade. Once again, because we are talking about personalized stationery, you will want to find colors that people who are close to you might associate with you.

• Get envelopes – Buying personalized envelopes to go along with your personalized stationery is just one more way to show your individuality and have fun while doing so. The envelopes can also include a variety of colors and embossing.

When the time comes to print your personalized stationery and envelopes, it is important that you are able to check the print job before all the copies are made. Ask to do a press check so you can make sure that everything that is being done is processed according to your desire.
