Discount stationery

Discount stationery is not the same thing as cheap stationery. Although you certainly can find cheap stationery at a discount store, you should not buy stationery only because it is cheap.

In order to tell if you are getting a good deal on quality discount stationery, consider the following:

• Paper quality – Quality discount stationery will include paper that has a water mark or is made from a cotton blend. This paper tends to be a little more reliable as well as sturdy in a person’s hands.

• Paper colors – Some of the colors that are used on discount stationery can leave a lot to be desired. By and large, these colors should be lighter colors that will enhance the text and graphics. Sometimes the colors are so dark and deep that they detract from the text on the stationery and the message does not get sent across.

Discount stationery can sometimes be found if you buy in bulk. If you are only buying 100 sheets, it would be hard to get much of a discount. On the other hand, if you buy upwards of 10,000 sheets, there is a greater chance that you will receive discount stationery.
